When Steve Colgate became my "Coach/Career adviser", he was already highly recommended from a personal friend (we were in same Hall of Residence for 2 years over 30 years ago). Steve had delivered "exceptional performance" for his team (a big 4 Consultancy/Accountancy Firm).

Extremely perceptive. Remorselessly challenging. Don’t come to Steve if you are looking for a gentle chat or for someone to take responsibility away from you. Steve’s strength as a coach lies in his ability to help you crystallize what it is you really want to achieve, how badly you want it, what you are prepared to do in order to make it happen and when you are prepared to start. He’ll help you to work through challenges but he'll never do it for you. He is an inspiration, but it's never an easy ride.
