A Confidence Workshop hosted by the Oppen Group

The Oppen group, (Opportunities for Personal and Professional Empowerment through Networking), run networking events around the Thames Valley area, co-hosted their July event with Relish People Ltd, the UK’s No.1 Life Design Business.

Oppen who have been running for over 4 years, run their bi-monthly meetings in company premises in and around the Thames Valley area. These are companies who are happy to provide a meeting space to a Network that can professionally inspire and empower professionals.

This month OPPEN decided to run a workshop on Confidence, one of the most common reasons for people not succeeding at work and was facilitated by Relish People Ltd A Surrey based business, who run quarterly life skills events in Reading.
Kim Searle, Director of Relish People says “we were keen to build upon our success in the Reading area, and working with the OPPEN network was a great opportunity for us to do just that”

Christine Clacey, one of the OPPEN Board has known about the team at Relish People for awhile and felt the time was right to bring them in. She says “We are always very keen to be able to offer our members something that is highly informative and participative, as we want people to feel inspired and empowered. Confidence techniques are key to helping people feel that way.”
