Corporate Social Responsibility
Whilst Relish is a relatively new business, it understands the true value of Entrepreneurial Spirit and is willing to step up and be counted on the contribution front. The Relish business in the UK is all about educating people through personal development to take responsibility for themselves on an individual basis, whether at work or in their social environment. For Relish, the giving back needed to be connected to our business offering so we chose to work with The Hunger Project.
About the Hunger Project:
The Hunger Project is a global organisation committed to the sustainable end of world hunger. In Africa, Asia, and Latin America, it empowers millions of people to end their own hunger and has pioneered low-cost, gender-focused strategies in each region where hunger exists. Its highest priority is the empowerment of women who traditionally bear primary responsibility for family health, education, nutrition and, increasingly, family income.

How we can help together:
Every delegate attending a Relish People programme, be it through one:one sessions or as an attendee on a course, will be contributing to the funding of more women to help make the project in India a success. The more women funded, the more people will be helped to achieve a life that is worth living through re-education.
Why this cause?
Relish wanted to help in an area of education for life improvement because that is the ethos of its business. As it is not large enough yet to set up its own foundation, there was a need to collaborate with something that was already working and making a difference … if there was something like this in the UK we would have started at home!
How about you?
If as a business your organisation is not yet up to speed with its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, would it be a start for the process if you worked with a personal development business that is already making a difference in the world from here in the UK?
If your organisation is already working under a Corporate Social Responsibility charter, wouldn’t it be great to support that by choosing suppliers which are making a difference too?
If you are a private individual, would you like to help someone else whilst you help yourself?
